Brief Description

I have 3 years of Advertising and Marketing experience, across multiple industries and target demographics. I have proven experience in business problem solving, developing multi-media advertising strategy, brand strategy, market research, mass-media research & consumer insights, across multiple clients and industries.

Over my experience as a Media Planner & Buyer, and later, as a Management trainee with the Brand Strategy team of a large Financial services brand, I have worked closely with clients, vendors and internal partners. This diverse exposure gives me the ability to operate effectively across numerous management styles and work ethics.

I am passionate about constantly adding to my knowledge on Marketing. Apart from teaching myself about Social Media and Interactive Marketing, I currently volunteer with the Social Media sub-committee of the Minnesota chapter of the American Marketing Association, and am their FlickR Project Manager. I also volunteer with the Marketing team of the yWca - Minneapolis.

I recently begun Interning for an Internet startup in Boston, MA. I am currently performing Social Media marketing and Business Development related duties.

I am actively seeking Full-time professional opportunities and am keen on considering challenging Marketing & Brand management roles that utilize my diverse & global business perspective.
